The Child Care Program exists to assist families with physical, educational, and social support in a Christian environment beyond school hours and on most weekdays when school is not in session.
Admission and Fee Policy
Children of any race, color, national or ethnic origin can be admitted provided we can meet the needs of that child. There will be a $25.00 nonrefundable registration fee per family per school year. We must have a current Child Information Card on file for each student using this program. The charge is $4.00 per hour (scheduled and prepaid) for the first child and $3.00 for additional children in the same family rounded up to the quarter hour. Drop-in care may be available at $5.00 per hour.
The program will be available from 6:30 – 8:00 AM and from 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM on days when school is in session. Care is offered from 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM on most weekdays when school is not in session. This includes most snow days, spring break, and summer (beginning 2018).
Drop-Off and Pick-up Policies
Please accompany your children into the classroom when you arrive in the morning to sign them in. Please also come to the classroom to pick up your children. Children may be picked up at any time during child care hours. If your child is being picked up by someone other than a parent, you must notify the caregiver. We must have on file the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of individuals permitted to drop off and pick-up your child. If someone arrives to pick up your child, and his/her name is not in our file, we cannot allow your child to leave with that person.
